DO YOU CHARGE AN INITIAL CALL OUT FEE ?
No we do not. We understand many companies do charge an initial call out fee and then charge from the moment they start work but we do not. We only charge from the moment we start work at your property. The first hour is always a full hour charge even if we have completed the works before that first hour. After the first hour we charge per half hour.

HOW CAN I PROLONG THE LIFE OF ALL MY PLUMBING FIXTURES ?
The best way to prolong the life of your plumbing fixtures and extend their life is to install a water softener or water conditioner in your home. These systems are designed to stop scale build-up, protect pipes and fixtures and make all appliances that use water more efficient.
HOW CAN I PREVENT LEAKING PIPES ?
Take the time every once and awhile to inspect your pipes. If rust or lime is depositing on them, this may indicate a leak is starting. If this is happening, contact MPE Plumbing Heating Gas to address the problem. By performing an occasional inspection you could stop a small problem before it turns into a large one. Leaking pipes can damage floors and belongings and become much more costly than if the problem was detected early.

SHOWER EMERGENCY
We had an emergency that needed a plumber and MPE had a chap round at 7:30 am who fixed a catastrophic problem (water coming out of walls!) with some good old-fashioned engineering. Genuine five stars.
